CHS Otaku Fest

Hey, I put in a request for an artist table quite a while back. I was sent the forms via email, which I filled out and mailed in, along with a $40 check, but it's been three weeks or so, I've sent more emails, and I've received no response.

I'm especially concerned because you now have my money but haven't sent a confirmation email with information that allows me access to the convention. 

Please respond ASAP. Thank You.
