No you can't edit... it sucks. There's probably still a bunch of tables left, since I've only seen a couple artists on here so far, besides myself, that plan to get a table.

Apologies for the forum fail, there are many things i wish i could change, but alas. The current alley size is ~18 tables, 10 are reserved. There are 8 left and its on a first come first serve basis so if others beat u to it you get out on the waiting list.

yes. u are on the reserved list, which is wat i'm talking about. ^^ Techinically aren't fully registared until you pay, but this holds your place in line so if that list if full anyone else gets put on the waiting list.

Ok, just wanted to be sure. Don't worry, I'll be sure to pay when it's up.  :3

Well, I've only had a table once, at Tigercon last november. I didn't even know I was getting a table until that day. The reason is that I talked to them before their artist section was up, my emails got lost, but they remembered me and had an extra table. It was pretty funny, really. Anyway I ran home, got my stuff, and was open for commissions. Really it's not that hard. Just sit there, let people browse your art (make sure you have samples!), a sheet where people can sign up with the name, phone number, and address in case you don't finish that day... stuff like that. I'll be at the con so you can feel free to ask me what to do.  ^_^

It's the thing you wear around your neck saying that you paid the registration fee and you're allowed to be here. The artists alley should be open the whole time, but I don't run it so I'm not 100% sure.

The artist alley will be open from 11 am to 7 pm.

You begin set up around 10 am and you need to be packed up by 8 pm.

It's the regular amount of time really. You could always just ask someone to watch your table while you go around the con time to time.

I have another artist alley question. Are we allowed to make any display for our table, like building something that will go around and above the table, displaying what would be sold? It wouldn't interfere/damage the actual table though.

Sure, you can do that as long as it doesn't do into other artists space. A verticle display system on your table or behind it perfectly fine. ^^

I have yet another artist alley question.  :3   Does the artist alley registration cover the regular registration, or do we need to pay for both? If so, does it also cover another person if we choose to get 2 badges?

the artist alley registration covers regular registration. And if you pay for a full table it covers the registration fee of 2 people. so if you get 1 table you get entrance for 2 ppl + 1 table in the alley.  you don't have to pay extra.
