CHS Otaku Fest

So I might be early, but a friend of mine told me that registration for the artist alley opened up. I wanted to get a table last year, but no one emailed me back confirming or denieing the table. Thats why I'm trying to jump on it while I can. 

Anyone know yet about the con?
